Welcome to our Wolf Pack!

I would like to acknowledge with great respect that Webber Road Elementary is situated on the unceded, traditional territory of the Syilx (Okanagan) People.  I am grateful to live, learn, and lead in the beautiful Okanagan, and I'm mindful of leading with an anti-racist stance that I hope shows my commitment to ongoing Truth and Reconciliation.

Webber Road Elementary is a small elementary school of roughly 230 students, cared for by a dedicated and enthusiastic staff that strives each day to foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where every child feels seen, valued, and empowered. We believe in strong partnerships with families and the broader community, working together to nurture the development of our students in meaningful and lasting ways.

Our Parent Advisory Council (PAC) plays a vital role in enriching school life. Through monthly meetings, they coordinate events and fundraising initiatives that enhance our programming and provide valuable resources. Thanks to their efforts—and the generous contributions of volunteers—we’re able to offer learning experiences that extend beyond the curriculum as crafted by the BC Ministry of Education and offered by our talented team of educators.

We take pride in supporting the growth of the whole child, even those who have yet to join the K-12 school system. Our Early Learning Program, Strong Start, offers foundational support for preschool-aged children and their caregivers.

At our school, we support our students both inclusively and equitably, focusing on developing our students' social, emotional, and intellectual abilities in a way that helps them feel empowered and confident as learners in our school.

On behalf of our entire school of educators, thank you for being part of our school community.

Sincerely,

Adrian Zuyderduyn
